This project was a complete home remodel including both interior and exterior renovation. RealPro constructed a two-story addition off the back of the home, rebuilt all the decks, added a widow walk via a spiral staircase, created a screened-in front porch with a beautiful view railing, and created an outdoor shower. On the exterior,  they installed all new siding, windows, doors, and paint. Inside the home, the added space allowed for a new mud room entry with a custom bench, an expanded kitchen, and a dry bar on the first level. On the second floor, a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet with a custom shelving system, and a door to the porch with access to the widow walk were included. All bathrooms in the home were completely remodeled with new showers or tubs, vanities, and countertops. Throughout the home, new flooring was installed and walls painted while custom view railing was included for the stairs and hallway overlooking the living room. The renovation was completed by adding new lighting fixtures, mirrors, and trim, seamlessly tying this whole-home renovation together.
